Mubadala faz melhor proposta pela compra de refinaria da Petrobras na Bahia

A Mubadala Investment Company apresentou a melhor proposta pela aquisição da Refinaria Landulpho Alves (RLAM). A Petrobras informou nesta quinta (9/7) que o Conselho de Administração da empresa aprovou o início da fase de negociação dos contratos aplicáveis com o fundo soberano de Abu Dhabi.
“O início das negociações com o participante que apresentou a melhor proposta é um desdobramento esperado nos projetos de desinvestimento, do qual, de acordo a Sistemática de Desinvestimentos, não há previsão de divulgação ao mercado”, disse a empresa em nota.
A Petrobras vai vender junto com a RLAM 669 km de dutos que integram a rede da refinaria, incluindo oleodutos curtos (Becan 6”, Becan 8”, e 21 Oleodutos de petróleo e derivados ligando a RLAM ao Terminal Madre de Deus) e oleodutos longos (ORSUB ligando a RLAM aos Terminais de Jequié e Itabuna; ORPENE L1/14”, ORPEN 12” e ORPENE 8”, ligando a RLAM ao Complexo Petroquímico de Camaçari).
A venda da refinaria baiana prevê também o desinvestimento em quatro terminais no estado: Candeias, Itabua, Jequié e Madre de Deus.
A RLAM começou a operar em 1950 e tem capacidade para processar 330 mil barris por dia de petróleo.
Repercussão no Congresso
A proximidade para a conclusão da venda da RLAM fez os presidentes do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre (DEM/AP), e da Câmara, Rodrigo Maia (DEM/RJ), acionaram o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) para que a criação de subsidiárias para facilitar a privatização de empresas estatais seja considerada como um desvio de finalidade e, portanto, ilegal. A medida pode interromper a venda de ativos da Petrobras
Davi Alcolumbre pediu uma medida cautelar, especialmente diante da retomada da alienação de ativos da refinaria Landulpho Alves (RLAM), na Bahia, e Presidente Getúlio Vargas (Repar), no Paraná. Ao todo, a Petrobras pretende vender oito unidades.
O diretor de Relações Institucionais da Petrobras, Roberto Ardenghy, diz que a empresa recebeu com tranquilidade pedido do presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, Rodrigo Maia, e do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre, ao Supremo para que a criação de subsidiárias para facilitar a privatização de empresas estatais seja considerada ilegal. Pedido de liminar tenta paralisar venda de refinarias da Petrobras.
